At this stage of my life, my primary purpose for raising money is to invest it in the pursuit of natural and scientific immortality. The mission is to develop new approaches to preventing sickness, overcoming death, protecting human life, and building a safer future for you, your family, your friends, and humanity.
Immortality Nation has established December 31, 2026, as an ambitious target for advancing this mission. This date represents an organizational objective—not a promise or guarantee that sickness or death will be eliminated by that time.
Preparing Immortality Nation Members for the “Extinction 2027” Threats
Immortality Nation uses the term “Extinction 2027” to describe four major threats that I believe could endanger humanity during this generation:

The Immortality Nation Digital-Asset Ecosystem
Immortality Nation offers three categories of digital assets exclusively to registered members:
1. Immortality Tokens (IMM)
IMM is the official digital token of Immortality Nation. IMM tokens may be acquired only by registered Immortality Nation members through their personal member dashboards.
2. Founder NFT Badges
Founder NFT badges are intended to prioritize members who are in the highest seniority group for goods, services, and benefits, while also recognizing this exclusive group of members as participants at the founder level of Immortality Nation. A maximum supply of 50,000 Founder NFT badges are available.
3. Citizen NFT Badges
Citizen NFT badges are intended to identify and recognize members as the second highest seniority group for goods, services, and benefits of the worldwide Immortality Nation community. A maximum supply of 10 billion Citizen NFT badges has been established.
Digital-Asset Supply
The Immortality Nation digital-asset ecosystem was created with the following total supplies:

These digital assets were initially created and held under my ownership and control as the founder of Immortality Nation. Tier 1: Immortality Nation Founder NFT Badge
The Founder NFT Badge is designed for members who want to be in the highest seniority group for goods, services, and benefits, while also being recognized as early participants at the founder level of Immortality Nation.

• $85 worth of IMM tokens when purchased with IMM, calculated according to the conversion terms displayed at checkout
Tier 2: Immortality Nation Citizen NFT Badge
The Citizen NFT Badge is designed for members who want to be in the second highest seniority group for goods, services, and benefits, while also establishing their recognized place within the worldwide Immortality Nation community.
Member-only price through December 31, 2026:
• $25 when purchased by credit card
• $15 worth of IMM tokens when purchased with IMM, calculated according to the conversion terms displayed at checkout
Tier 3: Immortality Nation Community Membership
Individuals may register as Immortality Nation community members and receive a personal seniority number.
Membership price through December 31, 2026: Free
A seniority number records a member’s position within the Immortality Nation community. It does not, by itself, guarantee financial returns, preferential investment performance, medical benefits, immortality, or access to any particular future product or service.
