01 — Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Immortality Nation, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC.
Immortality Nation, LLC is the sole operating company under this Policy. There is no third-party partner or co-branded entity under this Policy.
This Policy is intended to describe our practices in plain language. If you have questions about how we handle your information, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
02 — Information we collect — the intake
You provide — Step 1 (account): first and last name, email address, and password. Passwords are processed by our authentication provider (e.g., Supabase Auth) using industry-standard practices (e.g., hashed storage); we do not store your password in plain text.
Step 2 (optional presence): phone number; country; province or state; postal or ZIP code.
Step 3 (optional preferences): age; professional field or career interest; free-text interest tags.
Profile after signup: you may add or update additional profile or display fields where the product allows (for example, through profile or setup screens).
We do not intend to collect sensitive health data or special-category data for treatment purposes through the standard enrollment flow. Do not submit medical records or similarly sensitive information unless we explicitly request it under a separate, lawful basis.
03 — Wallet, chain verification & sync
If you connect a digital wallet or complete on-chain actions, we may process your wallet address and public on-chain data (for example, token balances, registry reads, and contract state) to determine membership recognition, such as Citizen or Founder badge ownership and priority rank.
When your connected wallet’s on-chain state does not match your stored profile, Immortality Nation, LLC may ask you to sign a message and call secure backend functions (for example, Supabase Edge Functions such as tier sync or wallet-clearing endpoints) to update your profile fields—including tier, ranks, badge ownership flags, and associated wallet address—so your membership record reflects the protocol.
04 — Automatically collected data & cookies
We automatically receive technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, dates and times of access, and identifiers in cookies or local storage as needed for session, security, and core functionality.
Analytics: As of the date of this Policy, we do not embed common third-party advertising or analytics pixels (such as Google Analytics) in the websites, applications, or related services of Immortality Nation, LLC. If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent or offer opt-out mechanisms.
You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work without essential cookies.
05 — How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC;
- Create and manage accounts and memberships;
- Send transactional messages (verification, password reset, security notices);
- Send marketing only where permitted, with opt-out where required;

- Service providers who assist us (hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, customer support) under agreements that limit use to providing services to us;

We do not sell your personal information for money as a business model. If we use tools that constitute “selling” or “sharing” under U.S. state privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA), we will disclose that in this Policy and provide any choices required by law.
08 — Blockchain transparency
Public blockchains are transparent ledgers. Transactions, contract interactions, and token or NFT activity associated with a wallet address are visible to participants and indexers.
Your name and email are not written to the chain by default, but on-chain data may be linked to you if you connect a wallet to your account or publish identifying information.
09 — Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Specific retention periods may vary by data category and jurisdiction.
10 — Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and provider-managed encryption and access controls for data processed through services such as Supabase.
Authentication flows are handled by our service providers using industry-standard protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

If we process data in countries other than your own, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) where required by law.
12 — Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

Deletion and the chain: Deleting your account or requesting erasure may remove or anonymize personal data we hold in our systems where feasible. Public blockchain records are immutable and generally cannot be erased; wallet-address history may remain visible on-chain.
13 — Children
The websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC are not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, if higher).
We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14 — Third-party links, changes & contact
Immortality Nation, LLC may link to third-party sites; their privacy practices are their own.
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with an updated “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
