01 — Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Immortality Nation, LLC is the sole party to these Terms. There is no third-party partner or co-branded entity under these Terms.
By accessing or using the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
NFT and membership regulation varies by jurisdiction; these Terms do not guarantee any regulatory classification.
02 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
Where the product collects a display name or digital alias, it must not infringe third-party rights or violate community standards. We may require changes or restrict access for violations.
03 — Nature of the services
Immortality Nation, LLC provides informational, philosophical, and community-oriented experiences related to longevity, membership, and participation in Immortality Nation.
Nothing offered by Immortality Nation, LLC is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult qualified professionals for health decisions.
04 — Membership tiers
Tier 3 Free Community Member: Free enrollment may be available to create a community account and access designated features. No future purchase is required.
Tier 1 Founder / Tier 2 Citizen: Optional upgrades may involve numbered NFT badges on Ethereum or compatible networks as described on the Membership Upgrade and purchase flows.
NFT badges are membership recognition and participation mechanisms only. They are not securities, investments, or contracts promising profit, investment return, or any guaranteed financial or commercial outcome.
Resale value, liquidity, and transferability are uncertain. Tier descriptions, pricing bands, badge numbering ranges, and technical rules (including one badge per wallet where enforced on-chain) may change with notice as stated below.
05 — Wallet & blockchain
You are solely responsible for your self-custody or hosted wallet, private keys and seed phrases, approving transactions, gas fees, chain congestion, and software provided by third-party wallet vendors.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain activity.
06 — Medical & outcomes disclaimer
No specific biological, longevity, or health outcomes are guaranteed.
Immortality Nation, LLC explores ideas in good faith; it does not promise immortality or any clinical result.
You assume responsibility for how you use content provided by Immortality Nation, LLC.
07 — Account registration & security
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose risk to Immortality Nation, LLC or other users, or as required by law.
08 — Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Distribute malware or disrupt the websites, applications, or related services of Immortality Nation, LLC;
- Scrape or overload those services without permission;
- Impersonate others; or
- Use those services to harass, threaten, or harm.
We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
09 — User content
If you submit content (e.g., profile fields, messages where applicable), you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC with that content.
You retain your rights subject to that license.
You represent you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
10 — Intellectual property
Immortality Nation, LLC names, logos, designs, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.
No license is granted except as needed to use the websites, applications, and related services as offered.
You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
11 — Third-party services
Immortality Nation, LLC may integrate third-party services (e.g., authentication and database providers such as Supabase, hosting, email delivery, analytics if deployed, blockchain networks, wallet connectors, payment or checkout providers).
Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12 — Disclaimers
THE WEBSITES, APPLICATIONS, RELATED SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT OF IMMORTALITY NATION, LLC ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
13 — Limitation of liability & indemnity
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES, APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED SERVICES OF IMMORTALITY NATION, LLC OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THOSE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIMITS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the websites, applications, or related services of Immortality Nation, LLC, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14 — Changes, termination, governing law & contact
We may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted. If you do not agree, stop using the websites, applications, and related services of Immortality Nation, LLC.
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms Immortality Nation, LLC, users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
